Veronica is one of best! We worked together for about 18 months in this ruthless sellers market before we found our dream home. Our experience was frustrating as every house went "highest and best" and had multiple offers. There were times when we wanted to give up, and were truly convinced we'd NEVER find a home in this market, and figured we should just rent an apartment until things cool down. However, Veronica didn't give up on us and was persistently pushing forward until she found us the perfect house, that checked nearly all our (crazy) boxes, in our budget. The same HOUR our home came on the market, Veronica texted us the link and said "I think this is it"...and she was right! Bottom line is this, if you're looking for a realtor who's: 1. kind & honest 2. will never be pushy & will never rush you 3. is always extremely prompt in all her responses (all hours of the day!) 4. has very respectable straight-to-the-point negotiation tactics & will always your best advocate 5. is on top of her game 24/7 Seriously, look no further than Veronica! Buying a house is hard enough, make sure you work with a realtor who really knows their stuff and won't lead you down the wrong path, just because they want to "close a deal". What is impossible to truly quantify is the amount of time, attention and support Veronica gave us. Veronica was with me from start to finish on the sale of my home. Because she is knowledgeable about the local market, she knew exactly how to price my home to get the most interest and gave me wonderful suggestions of what to update and stage to get the most money for my home. Veronica helped us purchase a home in Yorktown Heights, New York. She was very knowledgeable of the area and knew that we wanted a specific elementary school. We saw a lot of homes and she was very patient and not pushy! I really felt that she wanted to help us find a home and not just sell us a home. She kept us very informed and checked the MLS every day and sent us updates on new homes and also price changes. I am so happy we were referred to her!
